ABOUT METAPHYSICALITY
Welcome to metaphysicality.com ! This is a selection of Paradisaical poetry, metaphysical musing, visionary verse, luminous lyric and radical rhyme designed to raise you higher out from illusion's mire ! There is also a section ('Holism') on self-healing covering dietary reform, lifestyle choices, emotional work, psychological issues and spiritual alignment.
The definition of metaphysicality is : "beyond the physical" or "changing the physical". It exemplifies the transformative theme in much of the verse. The poems are designed to entertain / educate (edutain), inspire, inform / reform / transform and shed some light to dispel much mystery & ignorance. In particular, they may aid those embarking on a path of peace, a healing journey or fundamental personal change. Presently, many individuals and Earth (Gaia) are gradually raising vibration to enter a new stage in evolution (the ascension process or paradigm shift). On a temporal level, this phenomenon is measured by the passage into the New Millenium (Western calendar), the Aeon of Horus (Egyptian tradition), the Aquarian Age (Western astrology), the Mayan Calendar (2012) and the Sattva Yuga (Yogic philosophy). An appearance of a world saviour is also foretold at this time in many religions : Messiah (Judaeo-Christian Bible esp. Isaiah / Revelations), Kalki (Hinduism), Kukulkan (Mayan), Mahdi (Islam), Maitreya (Buddhism) and many others (e.g. Hopi-Native American). This "saviour" is not so much the appearance of an enlightened Being (though this is not ruled out), it is more a new energy or heightened state of Consciousness affecting (if they choose) every person and thing on Earth. Indeed, this saviour is YOU as you are the one who has also helped cause any chaos. The Devil and the God is within and it is up to the individual to choose between them. The Devil is really just (indivi)dualistic & separative thought whilst the God is unitive & cosmic Consciousness.
On a Cosmic scale, many associative occurrences reflect this shift - expansion of the heliosphere, entry into the photon belt and the approaching alignment with the Pleiades and Hunab Ku (Galactic centre). There is also increasing contact (although still mostly at a personal level) with extra-terrestrials as well as sightings of UFO's, the appearance of crop circles and other paranormal activity.
This is a time of progressive spiritual awakening & rebirth (renaissance) of Earth and her inhabitants coincident with greater scientific knowledge (especially of the nature of matter & energy viz relativity, quantum physics), a deeper understanding of ageless wisdom & the mystic tradition (theosophy, meditation techniques), intellectual awareness (New Consciousness, metaprogramming), emotional clearing (psychotherapy, counselling & self-help) and alternative / natural / Self healing (Nature Cure, Nutritional Therapy, Detox etc.). This is a unique & wonderful opportunity to help the planet and ourselves leave the present state of pollution, upheaval, famine, poverty, sickness, destruction, death, war and general negativity to a state of cleanliness, calm, health, abundance, creativity, life, peace and freedom. Many souls are stirring and realising their destiny and the reason for their incarnation at this momentous period. Indeed, at this time the ground is more prepared than ever for a mass raising of Consciousness and awareness to the benefit of humankind, the animal / mineral / vegetable kingdoms, all other dimensions / planes of existence (terrestrial or Extra-terrestrial) and the Universe itself. The Cosmos has experienced enough darkness in its current phase and is ready to return to the light.
All areas of human pursuit are beginning to express this change from art / music / literature to food / clothing / personal relationships / architecture / energy sources / transport / agriculture / law reform / human rights – no area and no nation will be untouched. The resources are in place (meditation centres, bookshops / libraries, telecommunications / internet, lightworkers and healers etc.) and the knowledge available for all to accept the challenge to alter outmoded ways of doing, thinking, feeling and Being, shifting from a narrow ego state (egoic level) to a broad Cosmic (Christ- / Krishna-) Consciousness, and (re-)connecting with Universal Mind for new direction. This time has been envisioned since the dawn of Creation and at last the faint glimmers of light are beginning to be seen of a new dawn of re-Creation. The lexigram within "One" encrypts this moment : One-Neo-Eon - A New Age.
I hope you enjoy the poetry. Some verse may be somewhat strange requiring recourse to a dictionary (though there may be some neologisms outside even a lexicon's scope); some may have hidden or deeper meanings needing contemplation for full understanding . Most, though, is designed to be easily accessible. It is not expected everyone will agree with everything written – it is a personal perspective and opinion only albeit derived from much experience, observation, study, reflection, thought and feeling. It may provoke, it may initiate questioning, it may be mocked, it may be rejected or accepted. If at least it plants some seeds and causes some enquiry into the deeper reasons for our presence here on Earth at the Present, it will have served its purpose. Nothing is intended to be dogmatic or applied directly. One should always consult one’s own intuition, thoughts and feeling perhaps with the aid of meditation. Any material is intended only as a guide or source of inspiration & comfort and no responsibility is taken whatsoever if this material is acted on to one's detriment (particularly with respect to dietary change etc.). Indeed, one of the messages is that people take full individual responsibility for their actions (karma). This time is a transitional period and change will not necessarily happen overnight – Rome wasn’t built in a day. But be assured, life is certainly speeding up and change gathers apace - better to go with the flow than resist the strong cultural and spiritual tidal wave sweeping the globe !
Above all else, remember the Golden Rule : “Do to others as you’d have done to you”. This maxim is shared by all religions. Physical science calls it "Cause-and-effect" or "Action and reaction". Folklore says : "What goes around, comes around". Jesus said : "What you reap you sow". Hindu-Buddhism calls it "Karma" associated with "The Wheel of Samsara" & "Reincarnation". In Hermeticism it is "The Law of Return". By constant reference to this and the understanding that “All is One, All is Connected”, one may begin to avoid negative or undesired consequences of one’s actions, thoughts and feelings. This is the first commandment as stated by Moses : "Hear, o Israel, God is One". It is as True today as it was in his day.

From Albion’s desecrated shore
I heard a voice from distant land
A prophet speaking to one and all
His words scribed by a Mighty Hand
I hear his calling
It seems to say :
This is divine Law
Listen this day !
“The time has now come
For all to wake
Night’s slumber’s over
Comes new daybreak
Pain, suffering, death shall be no more
This is decreed, this is The Truth
The promised Golden Age dawns at last
This vision is God’s gift to you
Saints, sages, poets, druids and all
The end’s in sight for ceaseless strife

AWAKE !
Wake up, smell the land, the Earth
Sweet perfume of grass and turf
Blossomed tree and floral kerb
Leaf of aromatic herb
Wake up, smell the air and breeze
Gust and wind, Earth’s stormy sneeze
Prana, forest fir, salt sea
Or rarefied mountain peak
Wake up and smell the water
Well and spring’s hidden quarters
Humid calm of lake and fell
Boggy damp of wooded dell
Vitalising river’s rush
Awesome might of cascade’s crush
Gentle dew of mossy hide
Sensual spray of wave and tide
Heavy mists that sadly sigh
Cooling raindrops that clouds cry
Wake up, smell brimstone and fire
Planet burning, Gaia’s pyre
Barbeque, roast, oven, grill
Atom bomb to maim and kill
Engine of car, bike and plane
Furnace of steam-powered train
Smoke of pipe and cigarette
Noxious gas of disrespect
Fumes of incense burner, stick
Poisons making cough and sick
Wake up and sense the Spirit
Tune into divine instinct
Let not nightmare fascinate
But have dreams that actuate
Stop somnambulant sleep-walks
End verbiage, idle talk
Envision pure then just do
Action sacred, good and true
Wake up, the real world perceive
Wake to joy, no more to grieve

Have you forgotten
That I am you and you are me
Everything existant
All you see and don’t see ?
I am sky, clouds and air
Boundless ocean, azure sea
Humble grass, lowly flower
Redwood forest of mighty tree
I am reptile, bird, butterfly and bee
I am the mammal, I am the fish
All that moves
All that just IS
I’m the mountain that climbs to Heaven
And the canyon that plumbs the deep
Sand, rock and shining crystal
Wherein ancient legend sleeps
I’m what is called 3-D reality
Yet also dream of visionary
Perchance in meditation glimpsed
New dimensions of surreality
I am tinker, tailor
Soldier, sailor
Rich man, poor man
Candlestick-maker
I’m the old, young and middle-aged
The meek and mild, strong and brave
Vital Spirit above
Mortal body in grave
I’m church, temple, synagogue, mosque
Carved with sacred geometry
Each religion, creed and faith
The entire spectrum of spirituality
I am father, mother, husband and wife
I am daughter, son, sister and brother
I am friend, stranger, ally, enemy
I’m the lover, significant other
I am Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
Rain, snow, sleet, frost, gale
Nature’s fireworks – rainbow, aurora
Gentle cool breeze, storm that hails
I’m the Earth in Her full glory
Planet and luminary, moon and sun
Galaxies, in fact, the whole Cosmos
All Creation and all yet begun
I am joy, happiness, smiles and laughter
I am poetry, song, art, literature
I’m both music and the dance
Rich blessings of sublime culture
I’m the innocence of the child
The learning of the sage
Laws of Physics and Metaphysics
Arcane wisdom of every Age
I am circle, square, triangle, spiral
Star, crescent, ankh, Moses’ brass rod
All hieroglyphs, each ancient symbol
All names ascribed to Me, to God
I am Shiva, Krishna, Kali, Buddha
Mohammed, Zarathustra, John and Jesus
Thor, Odin, Jupiter, Zeus
Saints Michael and Mary, Mars and Venus
I am the past, future and Present
All time and Eternal Now
Timelessness and space undivided
River of life, never-ending Tao
I am light, truth, liberty, harmony
Justice, mercy, karma and grace
The promised millennial Golden Age
Edenic garden’s sacred space
I am stillness, silence and void
Where one finds calm, peace and rest
That holy place : chakra anahata
Located within one’s very own breast
But most of all, I’m that One Love
Ever forgiving, forgetting dark sin
Unified, universal, unconditional, pure
Everything without and the Universe within

BIRTH OF NEW EARTH
Since primordial, explosive Big Bang
The Universe revolves, evolves, expands
Configuring the Great Architect’s plan
Culminating in perfected Human
Alchemic fusion of woman and man
Eternally Earth spins around
Yearly four seasons cycle round
Daily sun rises, sinks in ground
Firstly folk are lost then be found
Lastly land disturbed becomes sound
Now is felt the New World’s birthing pangs
A difficult labour with much pain
Yet this golden child has long been planned
Conceived to crystallise visions grand
Achieved by dint of God’s gracious hand
Armed Forces march, destroy and fight
Cities are blown into the night
Hurricanes tease, torment and fright
Earthquakes tremble with fiercesome might
Pestilence wages leaving blight
Apocalyptic scenes, Hell on Earth
Armageddon, humanity’s curse
And just when events seem at their worst
More violence erupts as if to burst
A bloody delivery and birth
Poor Mother Earth screams, wails and cries
Upset by deceit, vicious lie
And mass ignorance, Truth denied
Hurt by blackmail, corruption, bribe
In lifeless desert, gasps and sighs
The planet’s anguished and distressed
Ever asking but having scant rest
Trouble-makers continue to stress
Too few admirers care to caress
Too many self-servers feather nests
In America legions through greed
Grow sickly and old, fat and obese
In Africa, starving hordes decease
While goods carry the mark of the beast
Barcode signatures with six, six, six
Though from woe most hunger for release
Few are prepared to cease fatal feasts
Meat or carrion bringing dis-ease
As twisted tastebuds are tickled, pleased
Thus most folk forfeit enduring ease
Carnage occurs in everyday living
Supermarket trolley with death heaving
Slaughter of the lambs, innocent beings
Terrible torture, suffering, killing
Simply so mouth and stomach get filling
Yes, Earth’s experiencing difficult times
The most obscene needed to contrast sublime
Though eventually peace shall reign, all be fine
Humans return to their senses, once more kind
Insanity correct, recovering Mind
No painkiller can numb this painful process
Drowning sorrows solves nothing, drink’s quite useless
Compassion’s the cure bringing deliverance
Prevention leading to long-lasting wellness
Combined with meditation on the Oneness
Difficult indeed this transformation
Grass-roots revolution, reformation
Yet light-workers share good information
Safeguard life, avoid full devastation
Exchange decay for regeneration
Gaia calls for support from true healer
Seeks assistance from empathic feeler
Philosophy of wisdom-receiver
Revelry of festival conceiver
And confidence of trusting believer
Earth wants help from holistic physician
Insight, learning of metaphysician
Uplifting trance music of musician
Integrity of green politician
Image, art of inventive magician
The globe requires white witch and wizard
Tree-lover whether Pagan, Wiccan
Solar priest, lunar priestess, druid
Writer, thespian, minstrel and bard
Singer of beatific ballad
Impartial scientist and researcher
Unbiased journalist and reporter
Movie film-maker, still photographer
Acrobat, juggler, comic, performer
God, Goddess, in fact, every Creator
Then orchestra shall perform symphony
Cosmic conductor beat out harmony
Chorus chant “May all Beings be happy !”
Audience co-participatory
Resonating to divine ecstasy
The whole world a stage on its birthing day
People enacting a Miracle Play
The story how evil passes away
Supplanted by righteousness, here to stay
Love ruling All for ever and a day
